Ses Platgetes Beach
Ses Platgetes lies on the north coast of Formentera, the smallest of Spain’s Balearic Islands. Located near the village of Es Caló, this lovely stretch of beach features soft white sand, rocky outcrops, and clear turquoise waters. In addition, the beach is relatively quiet compared to more popular spots on the island, making it ideal for a peaceful swim or snorkel.
Ses Platgetes is easily accessible, with wooden walkways leading from the road. Whilst there isn’t a beach cafe there are a few nearby restaurants where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood.
Like many beaches in Formentera, Ses Platgetes is nudist-friendly. While it’s not exclusively a nudist beach, naturism is widely accepted, and many visitors choose to sunbathe or swim without clothing.
The area’s natural beauty, combined with its relaxed atmosphere, makes it a favourite for those looking to escape the better-known beaches of Formentera.
