Porto Cristo Beach
Platja de Porto Cristo is a popular sandy beach located in the town of Porto Cristo on Mallorca’s east coast. Sheltered within a natural bay, it offers calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters, making it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, and family-friendly beach days.
The beach is around 350 metres long and well-equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, and lifeguards. A promenade lined with cafés and restaurants runs alongside, offering a winning combo of sea views and fresh seafood.
Thanks to its central location near the marina, Platja de Porto Cristo is easily accessible, with parking and public transport nearby. While it can get busy in summer, the relaxed atmosphere and scenic surroundings make this a great spot for enjoying Mallorca’s coastal charm.
Porto Cristo is best known for the Cuevas del Drach (Dragon Caves) and Cuevas dels Hams. These spectacular underground caves feature stunning rock formations and one of the world’s largest underground lakes.
